Do you photograph both teams and individual players?
Yes. We specialise in both team photos and individual player portraits for junior and senior sports clubs. Our sessions are designed to be efficient and consistent across the entire club.
Do you photograph multiple sports?
Yes. We regularly photograph football, netball, soccer, cricket, and other community and school-based sports. If your club has multiple teams or codes, we can cover them all.
How are images delivered?
Images are supplied as high-quality dye sublimation prints and delivered to the club when orders are placed prior to the deadline. Clubs are responsible for distributing the prints to team members where applicable. Orders placed after the deadline will incur a postage and handling fee.
Why don't you provide image previews?
It is more efficient to allow our production team to select the best image, ensuring consistent quality, correct presentation, and a professional final result for every player and team. For this reason, image previews are not provided. Additionally, due to recent developments in AI technology, watermarked images can now be altered or removed with ease. To help protect our work, the privacy of players, and the fairness of our pricing for all clubs and families, we do not supply preview or watermarked images.
Are refunds available?
If there is a fault or issue with a product purchased unseen that cannot be resolved, a refund will be offered in line with Australian Consumer Law. Where printed products are delivered to a club for collection, all items must be inspected upon delivery and any issues reported before the prints leave the club. This ensures any concerns can be addressed promptly.
